Discreet and Carefully Structured Payment Options
For all new clients, we require full prepayment to confirm any booking.
Top Companions works with an advance payment via credit card. This approach offers both convenience and security, ensuring a smooth and discreet handling of payments. For credit card payments within the EU, a surcharge of 5% applies; for transactions outside the EU, a surcharge of 6% applies.
The payments are always listed discreetly on your statement.
For reservations with a minimum duration of four hours, payment by bank transfer is also possible. Returning guests may, for shorter meetings, arrange cash payment by agreement. In such cases, we kindly request that the agreed amount be placed in a sealed envelope and made visible at the start of the appointment. This ensures a respectful and seamless beginning of the meeting.
For international travel arrangements, full prepayment is required in all cases. This allows us to confirm your booking carefully and make all necessary preparations without time pressure, so you can focus entirely on the experience.
Our payment structure is transparent and carefully designed with discretion and trust in mind. This ensures that every arrangement proceeds professionally, smoothly, and in line with the service level you expect from Top Companions.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. Should you need to adjust or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us as early as possible. Clear communication enables us to act thoughtfully and respectfully.
To ensure transparency and professionalism, the following cancellation policy applies:
Short Appointments (less than 8 hours)
– Cancellation within 48 hours prior to the start: 50% of the agreed rate will be charged.
– Cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the start: you will receive a credit of 100% of the rate, excluding any travel costs, to be used for a future booking.
Overnight and Travel Arrangements
– Cancellation within two weeks prior to the start: 50% of the agreed rate will be charged.
– Cancellation two weeks or earlier prior to the start: 60% of the rate, excluding travel costs, may be credited toward a future booking.
This policy has been established with consideration for all parties involved and contributes to a smooth and respectful collaboration. Our aim is to ensure that every experience with Top Companions remains as seamless as possible, even when adjustments are required.
